To avoid an art charge, camera ready artwork must be supplied .
Camera ready artwork is high quality black and white (B&W) artwork that is ready to be processed by us to be used for printing. If the design is multi-colored, a separate B&W image is required for each color.
We will accept artwork supplied to us by the above methods, but an art charge will be applied.

File Types
Images in vector format such as files created in CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, Macromedia Freehand, etc., are the preferred file types and in most cases we will not charge an art charge if you send your artwork in this format. You may alternatively supply us with a high quality digital image (150 – 200 dpi at actual print size) that has been separated into different layers or channels in a program such as Adobe Photoshop and no art charge will be applied. Do not use “anti-aliasing” if at all possible. Anti-aliasing blends the edges of text and other objects to make them appear softer on screen, but cannot be reproduced in monotone printing.
Here is a list of file types we will accept for artwork. We use the versions listed and we can use files created by older versions as well:
If your file is in a different format, e-mail us and we’ll let you know if we can import it into our graphics programs.
High resolution images are required in order to produce a clean, sharp print. Most images found on the internet are at 72 dpi, and will not look good when enlarged and printed.
Please notify us prior to sending us artwork by e-mail. You can either call us at 215.997.2242 or e-mail us to let us know how large this file is and when you’ll be sending it.
If your image file is large, you can use a compression program such as WinZip to compress the file before e-mailing it to us.
